Who are researchers? Stories, rights and the future during and beyond the PhD with ADI

Behind every research project there are people, individual paths and questions about the future. At the ADI booth we will talk about those who choose to pursue research: what it means to start a PhD, what opportunities it offers and what challenges are faced both inside and outside academia. We will get to know the Association of PhD Candidates and PhDs in Italy (ADI), its role and its network, discovering how PhD candidates and holders can build a community and participate to shape their research system in an increasingly aware manner.
