Electrochemical determination of antioxidants in Albanian and Mediterranean wines

The Chemistry Department will present electrochemical measurements using potentiostats, demonstrating the process of determining antioxidants in wines with carbon paste electrodes. We will also discuss the modern trend of using "screen printed" electrodes, which offer numerous advantages in laboratory and practical applications.
